Actually, things didn't start well; the website wouldn't allow me the "today-only" 10 off. But it's when things don't work perfectly that you find what folk are made of. And The Rug Shop people, especially Roger, have been terrific - helpful, friendly, professional. And the rug is brilliant. DPD delivered it and they too were great, arriving promptly and bag on time.
