The rug is lovely and the non slip mat is the best I've had, no movement at all. The delivery was longer than expected as, after I ordered, I was notified that they were struggling to source the item. I would have liked to have known this prior to ordering. That being said, when it was shipped, it was delivered promptly and is great quality.

Having forgotten to order an underlay for my rug, I needed to obtain a product code which I was unable to access on the site. After telephoning the Rug Shop, I was given the information I required and ordered the item. I am so pleased to say that this has done the trick and the rug no longer rides across the carpet!
