For returns, we can get the collection booked over a collection fee depending upon the size of the item.

Ordered a rug which took about 3 weeks to arrive. They gave a discount for the delay, and I kept chasing them to deliver, but the guy called Darren was very helpful and understanding. He made sure the delivery was sorted. I think they need to speak with their suppliers who seem to create a lot of issues for them (at least what it seems).
