Please note however that delivery charges may vary depending on your location. Remote areas of the UK Mainland and those outside the UK Mainland may incur an additional delivery cost.

For returns, we can get the collection booked over a collection fee depending upon the size of the item.

The rug is perfect. Great quality and exactly what I wanted. The only down fall is that there is very little on the website about delivery. After a while I had to contact customer services as I had not received an update since they told me it was in stock. This is my only downfall, the lack of updates.
