Please note however that delivery charges may vary depending on your location. Remote areas of the UK Mainland and those outside the UK Mainland may incur an additional delivery cost.

For returns, we can get the collection booked over a collection fee depending upon the size of the item.

Rug is great but delivery was slow (2 weeks) and communication was also slow. Courier XPD all over the place constantly sending messages that were wrong. Waited in all afternoon as Instructed delivery was on the way then delivery canceled at 7 pm. Just hassle that I haven't experienced with any of the other items I ordered at the exact same time.

Dubious initially from purchasing, due to the negative reviews. The rugs arrived as and when stated, I received an email after purchase to say the rugs I chose were in stock and shipment was arranged. They came within the time specified. I am more than happy with my purchase. Exactly what I was expecting, quality appears good and for a fraction of the price in comparison to other sites. Please don?t let the negative reviews put you off from purchasing.
