I appreciated that there was someone on the orders team who actually took the time to offer a different sized rug of the same pattern that was available at the same price as the one I'd ordered. The rug I'd ordered was just the right size for my purposes, but the personal touch was thoughtful. The rug arrived in good time and was well wrapped. It's a nice quality and looks just right in the room, and matches the wallpaper and chairs really well.
